If any problem with a product or service occurs, we make sure to seek out the root cause of the problem and make proposals and changes that prevent its reoccurrence.
We act in compliance with guidelines such as laws, regulations and social norms at all times. With respect to each of our business sectors, we conduct our operations in accordance with the ISO 9001 international standards and our internal rules. Furthermore, we pursue said activities with consideration for ISO 14001 environmental management standards, ensure safe and trustworthy operations through safety and health management, and pursue strict information security measures through compliance with ISO 27001 (JIS Q 27001) standards and PrivacyMark standards. Through these efforts, we secure the trust of our clients, thereby establishing strong and lasting partnership relations.
Mitani Sangyo cultivates human resources capable of actualizing the contents of this Declaration of Quality Assurance. This declaration of quality assurance is made known to all directors and employees and disclosed to the public.
We believe that in our corporate activities, it is ideal for the rights of all individuals—both inside and outside the organization with whom we are connected—to be respected in their pursuit of personal happiness. We work with individuals of various nationalities, including but not limited to Japanese and Vietnamese. While our primary bases of operation are located in Japan and Vietnam, we are connected with a wide range of companies and people across the globe through our entire supply chain, including suppliers and customers. We recognize that perspectives and interpretations of human rights may vary depending on country, region, or ethnicity. We respect the values and views of all countries, regions, and ethnic groups.
[Providing Educational Opportunities for Children]
We are committed to supporting the children of our employees by providing a range of allowances, so that they are not denied access to education due to differing personal circumstances or backgrounds.
For example, in households where an employee's spouse has passed away and the employee is raising their children alone, we provide a Child-Rearing Allowance to ease the financial burden. In cases where an employee has passed away, we offer Educational Support Funds to ensure that the children are not denied access to education due to economic reasons.
Additionally, to prevent situations where children of our employees are forced to give up on pursuing higher education—such as university—due to financial constraints, we provide Scholarship Allowances.
Through these efforts, we support our employees’ children from pre-school years through university graduation, helping to realize their right to education and promoting equal opportunities.

We strive to provide all employees with the opportunity to work in a manner that reflects their true selves by actively working to eliminate all forms of discrimination and bias.
We conduct annual human rights training to raise awareness among employees and to prevent any form of human rights violations, including harassment, toward anyone inside or outside the company. In the event that a human rights violation or related misconduct occurs, we have established both internal and external whistleblowing systems to ensure appropriate reporting and response.
We also recognize various forms of partnerships and marital relationships, extending our internal definitions beyond legal marriage to include common-law and same-sex partnerships. We continue to update our internal systems to ensure that no employee is disadvantaged due to their chosen lifestyle.
Furthermore, we have created platforms for open dialogue between executives and employees, allowing employees to share stressors, concerns, or suggestions related to their work environment. Through these measures, we promote a workplace where every individual can work in a manner best suited to their personal needs and circumstances.

Since fiscal year 2021, we have introduced a non-fixed-term continued employment system, providing opportunities for employees who wish to remain employed beyond the age of 60. These employees are valued not only as important contributors to our workforce but also as mentors who play a key role in guiding and developing the next generation.
To support employees in making informed decisions tailored to their respective life stages, we provide career counseling services. Through discussions with career advisors, employees are encouraged and supported in planning and realizing their individual career paths.
Additionally, with a focus on extending employees’ healthy life expectancy, we have adopted services such as self-checks for brain health, which aim to detect early signs of cognitive decline, including the potential onset of dementia.
Complementing these initiatives, we have introduced flextime and four-day workweek options, creating an environment in which every employee can perform at their best with vigor and enthusiasm.
