Business Overview
We manufacture and sell plastic molded parts and composite unit products used in the manufacture of automobiles and consumer products.
Through integrated production by two Group companies in Vietnam and the technical prowess of our Hiroshima Trial Center, we've realized a manufacturing process that only creates quality products. Our operations in Vietnam and Japan sincerely respond to our customers' various needs and problems regarding everything from general goods to high-tech parts, not only by working together on quality assurance and the development and interaction of technicians but also by sharing a corporate philosophy of "aiming to become a one-of-a-kind company for our customers."
In the future, while working to enhance our collaboration ability and improve product quality, we will move forward with die slide injection (DSI) molding, external sales of jigs and adopting common specifications for manufacturing equipment. And using the technology we have fostered, we will support the manufacturing of Japan, Vietnam and other countries.
With our Trial Center as a foundation, we've realized a manufacturing process that only creates quality products
We engage in product preparation at our Trial Center in Hiroshima. This includes the design, fostering and assessing of dies; the design and manufacture of manufacturing equipment and jigs; and the design and assessing of products and processes. We achieve quality control activities, providing corrective instructions to our manufacturing bases in Vietnam, conducting factory inspections, and exchanging information on issues. This ensures the realization of a manufacturing process that can only produce high-quality products, capable of adapting to the EV shift.
Through collaboration between Japan and Vietnam, we are cultivating advanced technicians and manufacturing goods that have a high degree of difficulty
At the same center, we are training employees for our Vietnam production bases. The employees we nurture not only brush up their technical and Japanese-language skills, they also take back to Vietnam with them the know-how of the products, production lines and dies they handled in the training so they can begin Japanese-quality production there immediately. Also at the center, we are designing and developing products with added value and a high-degree of difficulty and making technical proposals to manufacturers. This makes it possible for us to meet various needs ranging from general goods to high-tech parts.
Main Product Line
The pillar of Mitani Sangyo's Vietnam business that achieves integrated production
Since expanding to Vietnam in the 1990s, Mitani Sangyo has made its resin and electronics business the pillar of its business in Vietnam and proactively made capital investments and hired personnel. Today more than 1,500 people are working at the two companies ABCD Inc. and ADMS Inc.
ADMS achieve streamlined production by mass-producing plastic molded components using the dies manufactured at ABCD. In this way, the two companies coordinate closely to achieve integrated production.
In Vietnam, like in Japan, we are sharing our corporate philosophy of "aiming to become a one-of-a-kind company for our customers" and sincerely responding to our customers' needs.
